ABOUT ME

I am a mother of 2 beautiful daughters, Amariah and Madyson, and fur baby, Zoey.  After graduating from Saint Xavier University in 2004 with a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Disorders, I went on to work as a Speech Therapist for almost a decade.  During this time, I decided to go out on a limb and go to "massage school" because I was always told that I had "good hands." Shortly after completing the 750-hour program at The Soma Institute in Chicago in 2012, I decided to pursue my newly found passion full time.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various clinical and non-clinical settings, including the Chicago Marathon, which I believe, has made me a well-rounded therapist.

Throughout my personal self-discovery and healing, I have realized that my true desire is to be able to more effectively help those suffering in pain, with no restrictions.  After working in a physical therapy setting for about 7 years, I decided to step out on faith and do something for me and my family....and HERE I AM!

I am excited to do what I love, truly walk within my purpose, and share my philosophy of healing. I believe that most chronic conditions come from a place of unhealed emotional trauma, negative thoughts, lifestyle, and/or an imbalance of the energy centers of the body. I am here to make every part of your therapeutic experience with me align with your physical AND emotional needs, one step at a time.
