Service Description

Designed for emotional heaviness, grief, burnout, and nervous system overload, this February-only signature session is a deeply restorative experience created to help you release, reset, and reconnect with yourself. This is not a rushed massage—it is intentional, therapeutic care for both body and mind. This 120-minute session includes: • Full-body therapeutic massage with focused myofascial release (MFR) to the hips, shoulders, neck, chest/heart space, and lower back • Weighted blanket support to calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation • Gentle energy clearing to support emotional release and grounding • Castor oil abdominal massage to encourage relaxation, digestion, and core tension release • Back scrub ritual to exfoliate, stimulate circulation, and symbolically release what no longer serves you • Heart chakra aromatherapy to promote emotional balance and self-connection Each session concludes with a thoughtfully curated Self-Love Gift Basket, including: • Bottle of wine or sweet treat (client preference) • Self-care/reflection journal • Heart chakra essential oil rollerball • Sage + rose smudging bundle for continued self-love and energetic cleansing at home ✨ Available for booking during February only

Cancellation Policy

*Deposit Requirement All online bookings require a non-refundable $25 deposit. *Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me via text or through the booking site. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a non-negotiable fee of 50% of the total service cost. Appointments scheduled with a package, gift card, or voucher will lose service/value. *No-Call / No-Show Policy No-shows or cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the session total. Booking privileges will be permanently revoked after two no-call, no-show incidents. *Arrival Policy Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early of your scheduled time. If you are running late, please communicate. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-call/no-show, and charged accordingly. If you are late, your session will end at originally scheduled time in consideration for other scheduled clients. *Payment Information All returning clients must keep a valid payment card on file. Appointments booked by invoice or via phone require 100% of the service fee at the time of booking. Standard cancellation/reschedule policies apply. *Reminders Please subscribe to and check your email/text notifications for appointment confirmations and reminders. When texting, please utilize the business number and not the automated appointment reminder number.
