Service Description
Treat your body and boost your general wellness with this multi-service treatment! Session includes: 1. 60 minute custom massage OR manual lymphatic drainage 2. THE TRANSFORMATION- This session is customized to address stress, anxiety, fatigue, stiffness, and/or acute or chronic pain. Session may include a combination of Swedish/deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, decompression (cupping) therapy, kinesiology taping, stretching, cold/hot therapy, and/or other various manual modalities that target manipulating varying layers of the body and calming the nervous system, as indicated. THE REDIRECTION- Full body, VODDER-STYLE, lymphatic drainage treatment using VERY GENTLE AND LIGHT rhythmic, skin stretching/pumping techniques that encourages the movement of lymph fluids throughout the body. Beneficial to those presenting with signs of a stagnant lymph systems (chronic muscle/joint pain, allergies, swelling throughout the body fatigue, and more). THE REJUVENATION- This exfoliating brushing technique promotes smooth, radiant skin while enhancing circulation and supporting the body’s natural detoxification process. After brushing, warm towels infused with essential oils will be applied to warm and soothe the skin. Lastly, a moisturizing butter (Shea butter, Mango butter, Cocoa butter, and Aloe Vera gel) will be massaged into your skin leaving it soft and replenished. Take the brush home with you with instructions on how to brush yourself!
Cancellation Policy
All online bookings require a deposit of $25. Please contact me via text or use the booking site if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time. One rescheduled appointment allowed per deposit. All cancellations made outside of this window will result in a non-negotiable charge, as follows: 24 hours: No charge Less than 24 hours - 12 hours: $25 Less than 12 hours: 50% of session total NO CALL, NO SHOWS/cancellations made within 1 hour of appointment time, will be charged a non-negotiable rate of 100% of session total. This must be paid in order to book future sessions. Any subsequent sessions booked without paying this fee will be canceled and deposit will be applied to outstanding balance. Booking privileges will be revoked after 2 no call, no shows. Please check email for appointment confirmations and reminders. Please plan to arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time (no earlier). If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you by 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, you will be considered a no call, no show, and you will be charged accordingly. All return clients are required to have a valid payment card on file. If your appointment is booked by invoice/via phone, 100% of service fee is due. Cancellation/Reschedule policy applies.
