In-home Geriatric Massage
Service Description
Treat yourself or a loved one to a little TLC! Reconnect with your body! Massage session customized for clients 65 years old and better. Gentle massage and stretching techniques will be used, as indicated, to facilitate relaxation, improve range of motion, decrease fatigue, and alleviate acute or chronic pain. After booking is approved, an invoice for payment will be emailed to you. Payment must be made within 4 hours of receipt or appointment will be canceled. Additional travel fee will apply for locations greater than 40 miles from 60438.
Cancellation Policy
All online bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $25. Please contact me via text or use the booking site if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time. All cancellations made outside of this window will result in a non-negotiable charge, as follows: 24 hours: No charge Less than 24 hours - 12 hours: $25 Less than 12 hours: 50% of session total NO CALL, NO SHOWS will be charged a non-negotiable rate of 100% of session total. This must be paid in order to book future sessions. Any subsequent sessions booked without paying this fee will be canceled and deposit will be applied to outstanding balance. Booking privileges will be revoked after 2 no call, no shows. Please check email for appointment confirmations and reminders. Please plan to arrive 10 mins prior to appointment time (no earlier). If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you by 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, you will be considered a no call, no show, and you will be charged accordingly. All return clients are required to have a valid payment card on file.
