Service Description

Receive the healing power of both 60 minutes of a massage customized just for your needs and 30 minutes of Reiki energy during this session. This session is customized to address stress, anxiety, fatigue, stiffness, and/or acute or chronic pain. Session may include Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, decompression (cupping) therapy, kinesiology taping, stretching, hydrotherapy, and/or other various manual modalities that target varying layers of the body, as indicated. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki energy heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibratory level of the energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Set your intention, clear your energy, elevate your vibration, release the things that no longer serve you, and heal your body, mind, emotions with Reiki energy. This energetic healing treatment uses light to no touch, depending on what the energy centers of the body needs. After booking is approved, an invoice for payment will be emailed to you. Payment must be made within 4 hours of receipt or appointment will be canceled. Additional travel fee will apply for locations greater than 40 miles from 60438.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. All late schedule changes will result in a non-negotiable charge of $25. This payment will not be applied to a future session. NO CALL, NO SHOWS, and cancellation notifications made after your scheduled appointment time will be charged at a non-negotiable rate of 100% of service total. This must be paid in order to book future sessions. This payment will not be applied to a future session. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as all appointments will end at scheduled time, regardless of time of arrival. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, and you will be considered a no call, no show. Payment will be due in full, or you will not be able to book future sessions. All return clients are required to have a card on file.
