Service Description

Open your body and heart, quiet your mind, relax your nervous system, and feel like a new person! Supported, therapeutic stretching session. Full body or area-focused therapist-guided session in which supported positions are utilized in order to invoke deep relaxation to settle your body and mind. This session is appropriate for those looking to relieve stress, pain, and improve. emotional well-being. During this session you will focus on: *Opening and relaxation *Holding each position for 3-5 mins, allowing your body to relax completely *Using props in every position to facilitate gentle relaxation Please wear comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me WITHIN 12 HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. All late schedule changes will result in a non-negotiable charge equal to 50% of service total. NO CALL, NO SHOWS, and cancellation notifications made after your scheduled time will be charged at a non-negotiable rate of 100% of service total. This must be paid in order to book future sessions. This payment will not be applied to a future session. All same-day sessions charged by invoice must be paid within an hour of receiving it or appointment will be canceled. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as all appointments will end at scheduled time, regardless of time of arrival. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, and you will be considered a no call, no show. Payment will be due in full, or you will not be able to book future sessions. All return clients are required to have a card on file.
