Service Description
The body remembers everything that has happened to it. Set your energy free. Release and let it go. In short, fascia is the connective tissue surrounds and attaches all of the structures in our body. It is also the first line of defense when storing emotional trauma. This session is ideal for everyone, especially those that have been suffering from pain that has been present for an extended amount of time, reoccurring pain, or pain of an unknown cause. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the fascial connective tissue restrictions to allow fascia to relax, release, and elongate, which, in turn, will eliminate pain and restore motion. Each myofascial release session is performed directly on skin without oils, which enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. After booking is approved, an invoice for payment will be emailed to you. Payment must be made within 4 hours of receipt or appointment will be canceled. Additional travel fee will apply for locations greater than 40 miles from 60438.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact me via text or use the booking site if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time. All late schedule cancellations or reschedules, up to an hour before appointment time, will result in a non-negotiable charge of $25. There will be a 50% charge for cancellations within 1 hour of appointment. These payments will not be applied to a future session. Late rescheduled appointments will require a prepayment of balance. NO CALL, NO SHOWS, will be charged a non-negotiable rate of 100% of service total. This payment will not be applied to a future session. This must be paid in order to book future sessions. Any subsequent sessions booked without paying this fee will be canceled and deposit will be applied to outstanding balance. Booking privileges will be revoked after 2 no call, no shows. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early as all appointments will end at scheduled time, regardless of time of arrival. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If I do not hear from you after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your session will be canceled, and you will be considered a no call, no show. All return clients are required to have a card on file.
