After graduating from The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in Chicago, working various massage jobs, and ending up at a physical therapy clinic, I grew comfortable...until I wasn't. I was tired of "treating the same conditions, day after day, without making a huge difference in the client's overall health. One day, I decided that enough was enough and made one of the biggest decisions of my life. I walked away from my secure job of 7 years to start my own business. At that point, I did not know what the business would look like, but what I did know was that I didn’t want to just another massage therapist.

I’ve always struggled with identifying what my true “gift” is. However, looking back over my entire life, the answers have always been right in front of me. I just needed to do some isolating, delayering, redefining, and eliminating to properly develop them. I am grateful for everything that has been thrown my way because every single moment has played a role in the person I am today.
