Service Description

With all of the things on our to-do list, sometimes, we just don't have the time, but sometimes we need just a little something to help us make it through the day. THE MOMENT is perfect for those who are on-the-go, but need a little relaxation, or have a nagging pain that they need to be alleviated in 1 particular area. Take just a moment for you! Are you new to the massage world? Never had one, but would like to see what all of the hype is about? Or do you just want to see if we are a good fit? This session is also for you! Experience a shortened session before committing to a longer one (but trust me, you'll be back!).

Cancellation Policy

*Deposit Requirement All online bookings require a non-refundable $25 deposit or card on file if booking with a voucher or gift card. *Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me via text or through the booking site. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a non-negotiable fee of $25 of the total service cost. Amount will be deducted from gift card bookings. Bookings with a package or voucher will be charged using the card on file. *No-Call / No-Show Policy No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the session total. *Voucher Bookings: A valid screenshot of your voucher with voucher number is required prior to your appointment to confirm and secure your booking. This must be received within 12 hours of your appointment, or it will be cancelled. *Arrival Policy Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early of your scheduled time. If you are running late, please communicate. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-call/no-show, and charged accordingly. If you are late, your session will end at originally scheduled time in consideration for other scheduled clients, no exceptions. *Payment Information All clients must keep a valid payment card on file. If you do not have a card on file, 100% of the service fee will be due at the time of booking. Standard cancellation/reschedule policies apply. *Reminders Please subscribe to and check your email/text notifications for appointment confirmations and reminders. When texting, please utilize the business number and not the automated appointment reminder number.
