Service Description

The body remembers everything that has happened to it. Set your energy free. Release and let it go. In short, fascia is the connective tissue surrounds and attaches all of the structures in our body. It is also the first line of defense when storing emotional trauma. This session is ideal for everyone, especially those that have been suffering from pain that has been present for an extended amount of time, reoccurring pain, or pain of an unknown cause. Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the fascial connective tissue restrictions to allow fascia to relax, release, and elongate, which, in turn, will eliminate pain and restore motion. Each myofascial release session is performed directly on skin without oils, which enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. Available in 60-, 90-, or 120-minute sessions. Price includes travel for up to 20 miles from 75002. Additional fee will be added for farther distances. $25 deposit due within 24 hours of receiving invoice.

Cancellation Policy

*Deposit Requirement All online bookings require a non-refundable $25 deposit. *Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment, please contact me via text or through the booking site. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. All cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will incur a non-negotiable fee of 50% of the total service cost. Appointments scheduled with a package or gift card will lose service/value. *No-Call / No-Show Policy No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the session total. Booking privileges will be permanently revoked after two no-call, no-show incidents. *Groupon Appointment Policy: A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Requests made with less than 12 hours' notice will require a nonrefundable $25 rescheduling deposit to secure a new appointment time. This will only be done once. Any subsequent request will result in forfeiture of Groupon voucher. No call / no show appointments will result in forfeiture of your Groupon voucher. A valid screenshot of your Groupon voucher is required prior to your appointment to confirm and secure your booking. This must be received within 12 hours of your appointment, or it will be cancelled. *Arrival Policy Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early of your scheduled time. If you are running late, please communicate. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-call/no-show, and charged accordingly. If you are late, your session will end at originally scheduled time in consideration for other scheduled clients, no exceptions. *Payment Information All returning clients must keep a valid payment card on file. If you do not have a card on file, 100% of the service fee will be due at the time of booking. Standard cancellation/reschedule policies apply. *Reminders Please subscribe to and check your email/text notifications for appointment confirmations and reminders. When texting, please utilize the business number and not the automated appointment reminder number.
