Service Description

Step into a realm where tension dissolves, contours awaken, and energy flows freely. The Shift is more than a treatment—it’s a sculpting ritual for both body and spirit. This is your shift—a return to the body you live in, and the peace you’ve been seeking. Guided by intuitive touch and the smooth curves of artisanal wooden tools, each stroke coaxes the body into harmony, stimulating circulation, encouraging release, and revealing a new sense of lightness. As your muscles yield, the mind follows—calm spreads, breath deepens, and the weight you’ve been carrying, both seen and unseen, begins to lift. For maximum results: While even a single session can deliver visible and felt changes, a series of 6–10 sessions—ideally spaced 2–3 times per week—allows the body to progressively detoxify, re-sculpt, and sustain lasting improvements. Monthly maintenance sessions are recommended to preserve your results. Not suitable for: Pregnancy, active skin conditions, varicose veins, recent surgeries (no sooner than 3 months post-op), open wounds, or certain cardiovascular concerns. Please consult your physician if uncertain. Treatment options: Mini Shift (30 min) – A concentrated immersion focusing on 1–2 chosen areas, ideal for quick contour refinement or a radiant pre-event glow. Deep Shift (60 min) – A complete journey through multiple zones of the body, allowing time for deeper release, sculpting, and restorative flow. Treatment area options: Legs & Glutes / Abdomen & Waist / Back / Arms

Cancellation Policy

*Deposit Requirement All online bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit. *Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me via text or through the booking site. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a non-negotiable fee of 50% of the total service cost. *No-Call / No-Show Policy No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the session total. Fee must be paid before booking any future sessions. Any subsequent sessions booked without paying the outstanding fee will be canceled, and your deposit will be applied toward the balance. Booking privileges will be permanently revoked after two no-call, no-show incidents. *Arrival Policy Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early and no later than your scheduled time. If you are running late, contact me immediately. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-call/no-show, and charged accordingly. *Payment Information All returning clients must keep a valid payment card on file. Appointments booked by invoice or via phone require 100% of the service fee at the time of booking.
