Service Description
If you just need to relax and escape from the stress of home, work, family....LIFE, or if you have some specific aches and pains or injuries that you would like to address, this session is for you! Get off of the table feeling transformed! This session is customized to address stress, anxiety, fatigue, stiffness, and/or acute or chronic pain. Session may include a combination of Swedish/deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, decompression (cupping) therapy, kinesiology taping, stretching, cold/hot therapy, and/or other various manual modalities that target manipulating varying layers of the body and calming the nervous system, as indicated. Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions. Includes warm, organic, all-natural oil, heated table, aromatherapy, warm towels, and custom playlist.
Cancellation Policy
*Deposit Requirement All online bookings require a non-refundable $50 deposit. *Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me via text or through the booking site. One reschedule is allowed per deposit. All cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a non-negotiable fee of 50% of the total service cost. *No-Call / No-Show Policy No-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the session total. Fee must be paid before booking any future sessions. Any subsequent sessions booked without paying the outstanding fee will be canceled, and your deposit will be applied toward the balance. Booking privileges will be permanently revoked after two no-call, no-show incidents. *Arrival Policy Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early and no later than your scheduled time. If you are running late, contact me immediately. If I do not hear from you within 15 minutes after your scheduled start time, your appointment will be canceled, marked as a no-call/no-show, and charged accordingly. *Payment Information All returning clients must keep a valid payment card on file. Appointments booked by invoice or via phone require 100% of the service fee at the time of booking.
